Peer Reviews/Discussions(2):
You have been randomly assigned six classmates to post your responses/notes regarding the two reflections from last week (Curriculum Theory and the Martin Clemente Article). Your postings should be a composite of the impressions you had about their reflections. The intent is to generate some lively conversation.

Reflection (1) and Activity (1):
- Part 1: Reflection – As you read, write down six advantages/disadvantages for using online versus face to face learning and determine their impact on course design.
- Part 2: (Hypothetical) Design Document – As an instructional designer, you have been charged with taking a face to face course and converting it to a fully online or hybrid delivery. Using your top ten list, create a chart that informs the decisions you would make for an instructional design document to complete this hypothetical project. You should include some considerations and the impact of your decisions that are based on a hypothetical needs analysis that you also create.
